MOBATIME had long standardized its email operations through HubSpot Marketing Hub, but producing newsletters for diverse campaign types revealed several challenges:
- Time-consuming content editing and layout formatting, especially when handling recurring campaign variations
- Inconsistent alignment between design specifications and final email output, caused by rigid templates and limited styling controls
- Manual reconfiguration of layouts and components for each newsletter type, slowing down production and affecting brand consistency
