AgileOps deployed Claude in three directions: context-aware configuration, workflow automation, and team training. The solution is built on DOVI's actual products, processes, and ways of working.
Claude loaded with DOVI's product knowledge
AgileOps set up Claude Projects for each core work area, loaded with product catalogs, brand guidelines, and certification documents from BRAND, HiMedia, and KETT.
Prompt Templates were built for tasks like technical inquiries, proposal and quotation drafts, and customer communications. Each template reflects DOVI's tone, the technical depth customers expect, and standards language (ISO, DIN, GMP, HACCP).
The result: staff no longer start from a blank page. Claude produces a first draft grounded in DOVI's actual product data.

Cowork Skills let the team delegate complex work to Claude, such as building a product comparison across BRAND, HiMedia, and KETT.
Scheduled Tasks run recurring work automatically, including customer follow-ups, documentation updates, and internal reporting, freeing about 15 hours per week across the team.
Cowork Workstations give each team member a configured workspace where Claude can access product catalogs, previous proposals, and supplier documentation.
